What areas do you currently serve?
We proudly serve the Texas Hill Country, including Fredericksburg, Boerne, and Kerrville, as well as the greater San Antonio and Austin metropolitan areas.

Do you travel outside your service area for clients?
For our Concierge Elite clients, yes! We can coordinate travel-related services anywhere. For other packages, we focus on our core service areas, but we're happy to discuss special circumstances during your consultation.
Can you help with properties in multiple locations?
Absolutely! This is especially common with our Concierge Elite package. We can coordinate maintenance, staff, and services across multiple properties whether they're in our service area or beyond.
What makes you different from other concierge services?

How do I know which package is right for me?

Home Essentials is ideal for families or professionals who need the "physical" chores taken off their plate.

Concierge Elite is our bespoke, unlimited service for those requiring comprehensive estate and lifestyle management.

What if I need extra support during a busy week?
We're flexible! If you need additional hours during a particularly busy period, we can accommodate that at your standard weekly rate prorated by the hour. For example, if you're on Life Simplified ($250/week) and need 5 extra hours one week, we'll simply add those hours at your package rate. We'll always communicate about any additional charges before proceeding.
Can I pause my service if I'm traveling or don't need help for a while?
Yes! We understand life isn't always consistent. You can pause your service with two weeks' notice, and we'll simply resume when you're ready. Many clients pause during extended vacations or slower seasons and restart when things pick back up.

What if I need something outside my package scope?
Just ask! We're remarkably flexible and can often accommodate special requests. If it's something we can't handle directly, we have an extensive network of trusted local vendors and service providers we can coordinate on your behalf.

Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
Typically, our weekly packages are designed for consistency and reliability. We operate on a month-to-month basis with a 2-week notice for cancellations.

Services & Logistics
Do you provide the cleaning supplies for the Home Essentials package?
The Home Essentials package focuses on "maintenance and organization" (wiping surfaces, laundry, and tidying) rather than deep-cleaning services. We typically use the supplies you prefer in your home to ensure we are using scents and products you love.

For "Basic Errands," what counts as a 5-mile radius?
We calculate the 5-mile radius from your primary residence or office. This covers most local post offices, dry cleaners, and grocery hubs. If you need errands run further afield, we can certainly accommodate you—just let us know, and we can discuss any applicable travel fees.
How does the laundry service work?
We handle the entire cycle: washing, drying, folding, and—most importantly—putting everything away exactly where it belongs. We can also handle delicate or hand-wash items upon request.

Business & Executive Support
What is the difference between "Full Support" and "Business Partner"?

Full Support is a hybrid model. It’s for the person who needs help with their home and their business tasks.

Business Partner is strictly focused on Operations Excellence. It removes the household tasks to focus entirely on CRM management, document preparation, and workflow optimization to make your business run like clockwork.

Can you manage my business expenses and CRM?
Yes. Both our Business Partner and Full Support tiers include expense tracking, report generation, and database management to ensure your financial and client records remain pristine.

Elite & Custom Services
What exactly is included in "Concierge Elite"?
Think of this as having a private Chief of Staff. It combines our household and business packages but adds unlimited hours, 24/7 priority access, estate management for multiple properties, and luxury travel curation. This tier is entirely bespoke to your lifestyle.

Privacy & Security
How do you handle my private information and home access?
Your security is our priority. We use secure password management tools for digital tasks, and all our team members undergo rigorous background checks. We discuss secure home entry (key codes, lockboxes, or smart locks) during your initial onboarding.
